About

Welcome to The Greenwood Lodge! Perfect for a friend and family getaway with numerous opportunities throughout the house. This beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home can sleep up to 9 people, comfortably and offers in home amenities such as a pool table, foosball and more! Celebrate with a picnic outdoors and enjoy some quality time at this peaceful home away from home.

Good to know

This spacious, one-story home offers 3 bedrooms full of variety: the primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed with a sofa futon for leisure. Sleep like a queen in the middle bedroom or have a sleepover with a trundle day bed in the front bedroom. We have also allowed both couches in the living room to convert to sofa futons as well. The entertainment room allows for a friendly competition between family as well at our pool and foosball tables. The washer dryer are located in the garage if needed. Access through the kitchen. We ask that you do not open the front garage doors. There is ample parking in the driveway. If you see something out of place or need assistance, please let us know immediately.

Other Details to Note

Baytown is humid! Please drink plenty of water while here, it gets hot even in the winter! We have also provided Bug Repellent for outdoor activities located under the kitchen sink should you need to repel mosquitos.

House Rules

Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am. Please be respectful of this time. We prefer guests do not wear shoes inside our home when coming from the back yard. If you use the grill, you MUST clean it. Please do NOT use the fireplace, it is for decor only. Please take extra care with our towels and linens because we have had guests stain or damage them and we do charge to replace. See costs below. Duvet cover or insert $45 Bed sheets or pillow cases $15 Bath towels $20 Hand or face towels $10 Also, our plumber charges $200 to unclog toilet and sink drains so please do not throw excessive toilet tissue or feminine products down the toilet or excessive food down the kitchen sink.

Relax on the back porch and enjoy a peaceful sunrise at Greenwood Lodge! If you love to enjoy a getaway, no need to go any further than to Kroger or HEB to stock up on food for your home away from home. We can have this set upon your arrival too if you would like. This neighborhood was built in the 70's with long driveways, perfect for an RV or family vehicles. Bring the boat and take a short trip to Kemah or Galveston!

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire property and are allowed to park in the garage so long as the vehicle fits.
